概述
- 产品描述UBXD2 is an integral membrane protein of the endoplasmic reticulum (ER) that binds valosin-containing protein (VCP) and promotes ER-associated protein degradation (ERAD). Immunohistochemical staining of brain tissue from patients with Alzheimer's disease and control subjects revealed that UBXD2 accumulates preferentially in neurons undergoing neurofibrillary degeneration in Alzheimer's disease.

- 存放说明Store at -20℃ for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20℃. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4℃.
