概述
- 产品描述NAV2 protein shows high similarity to Caenorhabditis elegans, unc-53, that is required for axonal elongation of mechanosensory neurons, suggesting that these proteins are orthologs. Thus, NAV2 may be involved in the vitamin A metabolite, atRA (all-trans retinoic acid)-mediated neurite outgrowth. NAV2 possesses 3' to 5' helicase activity and exonuclease activity and is involved in the development of different sensory organs.

- 存放说明Store at -20℃ for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20℃. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4℃.
