Human Interleukin-2(IL-2) ELISA Kit
IL-2 is a cytokine that is produced by T cells during an immune response. It is proved to be necessary for the growth, proliferation, and differentiation of naïve T cells into effector T cells. The receptors of IL-2 cytokine is a heterotrimer, who has a shared chain with five other cytokine receptors: IL-4R, IL-7R, IL-9R, IL-15R, and IL-21R.
The kit is developed for quantitative detection of IL-2 in human serum and cell culture supernates.
It is for research use only.
The unopened kit is stable for 12 months from the date of manufacture if stored at 2°C to 8°C. The opened kit should be stored per components table. The shelf life is 30 days from the date of opening.
