Human IL-21, Fc Tag is expressed from human 293 cells. It contains AA Gln 30 - Ser 162 .

This protein carries a human IgG1 Fc tag at the C-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 41.9 kDa. The protein migrates as 45 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
Less than 1.0 EU per μg by the LAL method.
>95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in 50 mM Tris, 100 mM Glycine, 150 mM NaCl, pH7.5. Normally trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.

Protocol
Human IL-21, Fc Tag stimulates secretion of IFN-gamma by NK-92 human natural killer lymphoma cells. The EC50 for this effect is 0.94-1.34 μg/mL (Routinely tested).
