Human Tumor Necrosis Factor Alpha (TNF-α) ELISA Kit
Tumour Necrosis Factor alpha (TNF-α), is an inflammatory cytokine produced by macrophages/monocytes during acute inflammation. TNF-α is responsible for a diverse range of signaling events within cells, leading to necrosis or apoptosis.
The kit is developed for quantitative detection of TNF-α in human serum and cell culture supernates.
It is for research use only.
The unopened kit is stable for 12 months from the date of manufacture if stored at 2°C to 8°C. The opened kit should be stored per components table. The shelf life is 30 days from the date of opening.
