Mouse IL-2RB&IL-2RG Heterodimer Protein, Fc Tag&Fc Tag is expressed from human 293 cells. It contains AA Ala 27 - Glu 240 (IL-2RB) & Trp 23 - Ala 263 (IL-2RG).

Mouse IL-2RB&IL-2RG Heterodimer Protein, Fc Tag&Fc Tag is produced by co-expression of IL-2RB and IL-2RG, has a calculated MW of 51.5 kDa (IL-2RB) and 54.5 kDa (IL-2RG). Subunit IL-2RB is fused with a human IgG1 Fc tag at the C-terminus and subunit IL-2RG is fused with a human IgG1 Fc tag at the C-terminus. The protein migrates as 65-100 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
Less than 1.0 EU per μg by the LAL method.

Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in PBS, pH7.4. Normally trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.

Mouse IL-2RB&IL-2RG Heterodimer Protein, Fc Tag&Fc Tag on SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) condition. The gel was stained overnight with Coomassie Blue. The purity of the protein is greater than 95%.
The purity of Mouse IL-2RB&IL-2RG Heterodimer Protein, Fc Tag&Fc Tag is more than 85% and the molecular weight of this protein is around 138-168 kDa verified by SEC-MALS.
