蛋白结构（Molecular Characterization）

This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.

The protein has a calculated MW of 39.0 kDa. The protein migrates as 45-55 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

标记（Labeling）

The primary amines in the side chains of lysine residues and the N-terminus of the protein are conjugated with FITC using standard chemical labeling method. The residual FITC is removed by molecular seive treatment during purification process.

电泳（SDS-PAGE）

FITC-Labeled Human IL-13 R alpha 2, His Tag on SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) condition. The gel was stained overnight with Coomassie Blue. The purity of the protein is greater than 95%.

 

活性（Bioactivity）-ELISA

Immobilized Human IL-13, His Tag at 5 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind FITC-Labeled Human IL-13 R alpha 2, His Tag  with a linear range of 0.313-1.25 μg/mL (QC tested).

Immobilized Monoclonal Anti-IL-13 R alpha 2 Antibody, Mouse IgG1 at 1 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind FITC-Labeled Human IL-13 R alpha 2, His Tag  with a linear range of 0.078-0.313 μg/mL (QC tested).
