This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 20.3 kDa. The protein migrates as 16 kDa and 34-40 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

>90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in PBS, pH7.4 . Normally trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.

Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Human VEGF-B, His Tag at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Biotinylated Human VEGF R1 with a linear range of 2-32 ng/mL (QC tested).
