Biotinylated Human 4-1BB Ligand, Fc,Avitag is expressed from human 293 cells. It contains AA Ala 50 - Glu 254 .

This protein carries a human IgG1 Fc tag at the C-terminus, followed by an Avi tag (Avitag™).
The protein has a calculated MW of 50.2 kDa. The protein migrates as 50-55 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
Biotinylation of this product is performed using Avitag™ technology. Briefly, the single lysine residue in the Avitag is enzymatically labeled with biotin.
Passed as determined by the HABA assay / binding ELISA.
Less than 1.0 EU per μg by the LAL method.
>95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in Tris with Glycine, Arginine and NaCl, pH7.5. Normally trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.

Biotinylated Human 4-1BB Ligand, Fc,Avitag on SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) condition. The gel was stained overnight with Coomassie Blue. The purity of the protein is greater than 95%.
Immobilized Human 4-1BB, Fc Tag at 0.1 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Biotinylated Human 4-1BB Ligand, Fc,Avitag ith a linear range of 0.4-13 ng/mL (QC tested).
