Human CCR5, Flag,His Tag s expressed from human 293 cells . It contains AA Asp 2 - Arg 223 & Glu 227 - Arg 319 .

This protein carries a Flag tag at the N-terminus and a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 46.0 kDa. The protein migrates as 33-35 kDa and 40-45 kDa under non-reducing (NR) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
Less than 1.0 EU per μg by the LAL method.
>85% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Supplied as 0.2 μm filtered solution in 50 mM HEPES, 150 mM NaCl, DDM, CHS, pH7.5 with glycerol as protectant.
This product is not suitable for cell based experiments due to cytotoxicity of DDM.
DDM and CHS are INDISPENSABLE to keep membrane protein soluble and active, under no circumastance should you remove DDM and CHS.
DDM/CHS buffer (DC-11) is sold separately and not included in protein, and please contact us if you need the buffer.
If glycerol is not compatible to your application, remove glycerol just before immediate experiment, and NEVER store glycerol-free protein solution.

Human CCR5, Flag,His Tag on SDS-PAGE under non-reducing (NR) condition. The gel was stained overnight with Coomassie Blue. The purity of the protein is greater than 85%.
Immobilized Human CCR5, Flag,His Tag at 10 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Purified NA/LE Mouse Anti-Human CD195 (Clone: 2D7) with a linear range of 0.078-2.5 μg/mL (QC tested).
