ClinMax™ Human Interleukin 10 (IL-10) Quantitative ELISA Kit
ClinMax™ Human IL-10 Quantitative ELISA Kit is designed to quantitate human IL-10 that is present in complex biological matrices, such as human serum, plasma, buffered solution, or cell culture. IL-10 is a highly potent cytokine produced by a variety of cells. It regulates cell growth and differentiation, participates in inflammatory reactions, and immune responses, and is currently recognized as inflammation and immunosuppressive factor. It plays an important role in autoimmune diseases and inflammatory diseases.
This immunoassay is designed to quantitate human IL-10 that is present in human serum, plasma, buffered solution, or cell culture. It has been calibrated against a highly purified human IL-10 and is evaluated with standard from NIBSC/WHO. Reference Reagent Interleukin-10 (Human, rDNA derived) NIBSC code: 93/722.

The unopened kit is stable for 12 months from the date of manufacture if stored at 2°C to 8°C. The opened kit should be stored per components table. The shelf life is 30 days from the date of opening.
