This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the N-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 19.6 kDa. The protein migrates as 22-25 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

Mouse IL-10, His Tag inhibits LPS-induced secretion of IL-6 by RAW264.7 cells. The EC50 for this effect is 0.27-0.39 ng/mL (Routinely tested).
