Human Macrophage Colony Stimulating Factor 2(GM-CSF) ELISA Kit
Granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF) is an important hematopoietic growth factor and immune modulator. GM-CSF also has profound effects on the functional activities of various circulating leukocytes. It is produced by a variety of cell types including T cells, macrophages, endothelial cells and fibroblasts upon receiving immune stimuli.
The kit is developed for quantitative detection of GM-CSF in human serum and cell culture supernates.
It is for research use only.
The unopened kit is stable for 12 months from the date of manufacture if stored at 2°C to 8°C. The opened kit should be stored per components table. The shelf life is 30 days from the date of opening.
