蛋白结构（Molecular Characterization）

Human IL-2RB&IL-2RA&IL-2RG, Fc Tag&Fc Tag is produced by co-expression of IL-2RB and IL-2RA and IL-2RG, has a calculated MW of 51.1 kDa (IL-2RB) and 75.4 kDa (IL-2RA&IL-2RG). Subunit IL-2RB is fused with a human IgG1 Fc tag at the C-terminus and subunit IL-2RA&IL-2RG is fused with a human IgG1 Fc tag at the C-terminus. The reducing (R) protein migrates as 60-66 kDa and 100-116 kDa respectively due to glycosylation.

电泳（SDS-PAGE）

Human IL-2RB&IL-2RA&IL-2RG, Fc Tag&Fc Tag on SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) condition. The gel was stained overnight with Coomassie Blue. The purity of the protein is greater than 95%.

The purity of Human IL-2RB&IL-2RA&IL-2RG, Fc Tag&Fc Tagis more than 90% and the molecular weight of this protein is around 160-190 kDa verified by SEC-MALS.

Immobilized Biotinylated Human IL-2, His,Avitag  at 1 μg/mL (100 μL/well) on streptavidin precoated (0.5 μg/well) plate can bind Human IL-2RB&IL-2RA&IL-2RG, Fc Tag&Fc Tagwith a linear range of 0.4-6 ng/mL (QC tested).

Protocol

Immobilized Cynomolgus / Rhesus macaque IL-15, His Tag at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Human IL-2RB&IL-2RA&IL-2RG, Fc Tag&Fc Tag with a linear range of 0.078-1.25 μg/mL (Routinely tested).

Human IL-2RB&IL-2RA&IL-2RG, Fc Tag&Fc Tagcaptured on CM5 chip via Anti-human IgG Fc antibodies surface can bind Human IL-2, Tag Freewith an affinity constant of 40.6 pM as determined in a SPR assay (Biacore 8K) (Routinely tested).
