蛋白结构（Molecular Characterization）

This protein carries a human IgG1 Fc tag at the N-terminus.

The protein has a calculated MW of 87.5 kDa. The protein migrates as 150-180 kDa under non-reducing (NR) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

Less than 0.1 EU per μg by the LAL method.

The sterility testing was performed by membrane filtration method described in USP <71> and Eur. Ph. 2.6.1.

电泳（SDS-PAGE）

Human 4-1BB Ligand (71-254), Fc Tag, low endotoxin (active trimer) on SDS-PAGE under non-reducing (NR) condition. The gel was stained overnight with Coomassie Blue. The purity of the protein is greater than 95%.

The purity of Human 4-1BB Ligand (71-254), Fc Tag, low endotoxin (active trimer) is more than 90% and the molecular weight of this protein is around 182-222 kDa verified by SEC-MALS.
