Human IL-7 R alpha, Mouse IgG2a Fc Tag is expressed from human 293 cells. It contains AA Glu 21 - Gly 236.

This protein carries a mouse IgG2a Fc tag at the C-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 52.0 kDa. The protein migrates as 65-115 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
Less than 1.0 EU per μg by the LAL method.
>90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in Tris with Glycine, Arginine and NaCl, pH7.5. Normally trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.

Biotinylated Human TSLP, His,Avitag immobilized at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) via precoated 5 μg/mL (100 μL/well) of Human TSLP R, Fc Tag , can bind can bind Human IL-7 R alpha, Mouse IgG2a Fc Tag with a linear range of 1-20 ng/mL (Routinely tested).

Captured Human IL-7 R alpha, Mouse IgG2a Fc Tag on CM5 chip via anti-mouse antibodies surface can bind ActiveMax® Human IL-7, Tag Free with an affinity constant of 13.3 nM as determined in a SPR assay (Biacore T200) (Routinely tested).
