FITC-Labeled Human IL-3 R alpha, Fc Tagis expressed from human 293 cells. It contains AA Thr 19 - Arg 305 . It is the FITC labeled form of Human IL-3 R alpha, Fc Tag .

蛋白结构（Molecular Characterization）

This protein carries a human IgG1 Fc tag at the C-terminus.

The protein has a calculated MW of 59.5 kDa. The protein migrates as 90-100 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

标记（Labeling）

The primary amines in the side chains of lysine residues and the N-terminus of the protein are conjugated with FITC using standard chemical labeling method. The residual FITC is removed by molecular seive treatment during purification process.

电泳（SDS-PAGE）

FITC-Labeled Human IL-3 R alpha, Fc Tag on SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) condition. The gel was stained overnight with Coomassie Blue. The purity of the protein is greater than 90%.

活性（Bioactivity）-ELISA

Immobilized Anti-IL-3 R alpha Antibody, Human IgG1 at 1 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind FITC-Labeled Human IL-3 R alpha, Fc Tag  with a linear range of 0.078-0.625 μg/mL (QC tested).

Protocol

活性（Bioactivity）-FACS

2e5 of anti-IL-3 R alpha CAR-293 cells were stained with 100 μL of 10 μg/mL of FITC-Labeled Human IL-3 R alpha, Fc Tag  and negative control protein respectively and analyzed with FACS (QC tested).
