This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.

The protein has a calculated MW of 30.1 kDa. The protein migrates as 40-60 kDa under reducing (R) condition due to glycosylation.

电泳（SDS-PAGE）

Mouse IL-2 R gamma, His Tag on SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) condition. The gel was stained overnight with Coomassie Blue. The purity of the protein is greater than 90%.

The purity of Mouse IL-2 R gamma, His Tag  is more than 85% and the molecular weight of this protein is around 45-55 kDa verified by SEC-MALS.
