This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 39.4 kDa. The protein migrates as 55-75 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

Protocol
Loaded Human IL-6 R alpha, His Tag on HIS1K Biosensor, can bind ActiveMax® Human IL-6, Tag Free with an affinity constant of 20.3 nM as determined in BLI assay (ForteBio Octet Red96e) (Routinely tested).
