蛋白结构（Molecular Characterization）

This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.

The protein has a calculated MW of 17.3 kDa. The protein migrates as 18 kDa and 19 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

>90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

电泳（SDS-PAGE）

Human IL-2, His Tag on SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) condition. The gel was stained overnight with Coomassie Blue. The purity of the protein is greater than 90%.

 活性（Bioactivity）-ELISA

Immobilized Human IL-2 R alpha, Fc Tag  at 5 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Human IL-2, His Tag  with a linear range of 0.3-2.5 ng/mL.

Loaded Biotinylated Human IL-2RB&IL-2RA&IL-2RG, Fc,Avitag&Fc,Avitag on SA Biosensor, can bind Human IL-2, His Tag  with an affinity constant of 2.41 nM as determined in BLI assay (ForteBio Octet Red96e) (Routinely tested).
