Cynomolgus 4-1BB Ligand, Fc Tag is expressed from human 293 cells . It contains AA Leu 67 - Glu 251 trimer design.
Predicted N-terminus: Pro
This protein carries a human IgG1 Fc tag at the N-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 87.4 kDa. The protein migrates as 90-100 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
Less than 1.0 EU per μg by the LAL method.

Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in 50 mM Tris, 100 mM Glycine, 150 mM NaCl, pH7.5. Normally trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.

Cynomolgus 4-1BB Ligand, Fc Tag on SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) condition. The gel was stained overnight with Coomassie Blue. The purity of the protein is greater than 90%.
The purity of Cynomolgus 4-1BB Ligand, Fc Tag is more than 90% and the molecular weight of this protein is around 160-196 kDa verified by SEC-MALS.
