Biotinylated Mouse IL-27 Protein, His,Avitag  is expressed from human 293 cells. It contains AA Tyr 19 - Pro 228 (IL-27B) & Phe 29 - Ser 234 (IL-27A) 

Predicted N-terminus: Tyr 19

蛋白结构（Molecular Characterization）

This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus, followed by an Avi tag (Avitag™).

The protein has a calculated MW of 52.2 kDa. The protein migrates as 55 kDa (IL-27B) & 60 kDa (IL-27A) under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

标记（Biotinylation）

Biotinylation of this product is performed using Avitag™ technology. Briefly, the single lysine residue in the Avitag is enzymatically labeled with biotin.

Passed as determined by the HABA assay / binding ELISA.

Less than 1.0 EU per μg by the LAL method.

Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in 20 mM MOPS, 150 mM NaCl, 0.05% CHAPS, 1mM EDTA, pH7.0 . Normally trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.

电泳（SDS-PAGE）

Biotinylated Mouse IL-27 Protein, His,Avitag on SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) condition. The gel was stained overnight with Coomassie Blue. The purity of the protein is greater than 95%.

 

活性（Bioactivity）-ELISA

Immobilized Human IL-27 Ra, Fc Tag at 5 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Biotinylated Mouse IL-27 Protein, His,Avitagwith a linear range of 0.2-4 ng/mL (QC tested).
