Human Interleukin-8(IL-8) ELISA Kit
IL-8 (or CXCL8) is one of the important chemokines/chemotactic cytokines involved in the development of many inflammatory disease. The signaling of IL-8 in tumor microenvironment is highly responsible for repeated intravesical recurrence, disease progression, and drug resistance through enhanced invasion ability.
The kit is developed for quantitative detection of IL-8 in human serum and cell culture supernates.

The unopened kit is stable for 12 months from the date of manufacture if stored at 2°C to 8°C. The opened kit should be stored per components table. The shelf life is 30 days from the date of opening.
