This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 37.3 kDa. The protein migrates as 40-45 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in 5 mM HAC,100 mM NaCl, pH 5.5. Normally Sucrose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
