Mouse CD40 Ligand, His,Flag Tag is expressed from human 293 cells. It contains AA Gly 115 - Leu 260.
Predicted N-terminus: His
This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the N-terminus, followed by a flag tag.
The protein has a calculated MW of 50.5 kDa. The protein migrates as 45-55 kDa under non-reducing (NR) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
