This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 21.6 kDa. The protein migrates as 24-26 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in PBS, pH7.4. Normally trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.

Immobilized Human IL-17C, His Tag at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Human IL-17 RE (155-454), Fc Tag with a linear range of 0.2-8 ng/mL (QC tested).
Protocol
Loaded Human IL-17 RE (155-454), Fc Tagon Protein A Biosensor, can bind Human IL-17C, His Tag with an affinity constant of 0.714 nM as determined in BLI assay (ForteBio Octet Red96e) (Routinely tested).
