Human IL-18BP, His Tag is expressed from human 293 cells. It contains AA Thr 31 - Gly 194 .

This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 18.5 kDa. The protein migrates as 32-50 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

Human IL-18BP, His Tag inhibits the IL-18-induced IFN-gamma secretion by KG‑1 cells. The ED50 for this effect is 0.019-0.053 µg/mL in the presence of 30 ng/mL of Recombinant Human IL‑18 (Routinely tested).
