This protein carries no "tag".
The protein has a calculated MW of 19.9 kDa. The protein migrates as 33-45 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
Less than 1.0 EU per μg by the LAL method.
>90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in PBS, pH7.4. Normally trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.

Immobilized ActiveMax® Human LIF, Tag Free at 0.2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Human LIF R, Fc Tag with a linear range of 4-63 ng/mL (QC tested).
