蛋白结构（Molecular Characterization）

This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.

The protein has a calculated MW of 70.5 kDa. The protein migrates as 85-105 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

标记（Labeling）

The primary amines in the side chains of lysine residues and the N-terminus of the protein are conjugated with FITC using standard chemical labeling method. The residual FITC is removed by molecular seive treatment during purification process.

FITC-Labeled Human EGF R, His Tag on SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) condition. The gel was stained overnight with Coomassie Blue. The purity of the protein is greater than 95%.

Immobilized Cetuximab at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind FITC-Labeled Human EGF R, His Tagwith a linear range of 0.039-0.313 μg/mL (QC tested).

2e5 of Anti-EGFR CAR-293 cells were stained with 100 μL of 1 μg/mL of FITC-Labeled Human EGF R Protein, His Tag and negative control protein respectively, FITC signal was used to evaluate the binding activity (QC tested).
