This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the N-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 15.8 kDa. The protein migrates as 17-19 kDa and 21-24 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

Mouse IL-17A, His Tag on SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) condition. The gel was stained overnight with Coomassie Blue. The purity of the protein is greater than 90%.
The purity of Mouse IL-17A, His Tagis more than 85% and the molecular weight of this protein is around 35-50 kDa verified by SEC-MALS.

Protocol
Loaded Human IL-17 RA, Fc Tag on Protein A Biosensor, can bind Mouse IL-17A, His Tag with an affinity constant of 20.1 nM as determined in BLI assay (ForteBio Octet Red96e) (Routinely tested).
Protocol
Mouse IL-17A, His Tag stimulates secretion of IL-6 by NIH-3T3 cells. The ED50 for this effect is 2.132-5.005 ng/mL.
