Human Interleukin-4(IL-4) ELISA Kit
IL-4 is a cytokine that induces differentiation of naive helper T cells (Th0 cells) to Th2 cells. It is considered an important cytokine for the mediation and regulation of a variety of human host responses such as allergic, anti-parasitic, wound healing, and acute inflammation.
The kit is developed for quantitative detection of IL-4 in human serum and cell culture supernates.
It is for research use only.
The unopened kit is stable for 12 months from the date of manufacture if stored at 2°C to 8°C. The opened kit should be stored per components table. The shelf life is 30 days from the date of opening.
