蛋白结构（Molecular Characterization）

This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the N-terminus.

The protein has a calculated MW of 21.1 kDa. The protein migrates as 27-30 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
