Rat BAFFR, His Tag is expressed from human 293 cells. It contains AA Ser 10 - Asp 69 .

This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 8.7 kDa. The protein migrates as 16-30 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
Less than 1.0 EU per μg by the LAL method.
>90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in PBS, pH7.4. Normally trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.

Rat BAFFR, His Tag on SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) condition. The gel was stained overnight with Coomassie Blue. The purity of the protein is greater than 90%.
Immobilized Mouse BAFF, Mouse IgG2a Fc Tag, low endotoxin at 5 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Rat BAFFR, His Tag with a linear range of 20-156 ng/mL (QC tested).
