蛋白结构（Molecular Characterization）

This protein carries a human IgG1 Fc tag at the N-terminus.

The protein has a calculated MW of 74.5 kDa. The protein migrates as 80-90 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

The purity of Human APRIL, Fc Tag  is more than 85% and the molecular weight of this protein is around 80-95 kDa verified by SEC-MALS.
