This protein carries a mouse IgG2a Fc tag at the N-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 44.0 kDa. The protein migrates as 50-90 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
Less than 0.1 EU per μg by the LAL method.

Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in Tris with Glycine, Arginine and NaCl, pH7.5. Normally trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.

Human CD27 Ligand, Mouse IgG2a Fc Tag, low endotoxin on SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) condition. The gel was stained overnight with Coomassie Blue. The purity of the protein is greater than 85%.
Immobilized Human CD27 at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Human CD27 Ligand, Mouse IgG2a Fc Tag, low endotoxin with a linear range of 0.2-6 ng/mL (QC tested).
